Forms on Facebook and Instagram. We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and some of our quote requests come in through Meta's instant lead forms. When you submit one of those forms, Meta collects your responses and passes them to us. Meta's own use of your information is governed by Meta's privacy policy, which we do not control.

How we use your information. We use it to respond to your request, prepare pricing and quotes, contact you about your project, schedule appointments, provide customer service, and keep our internal records. We may follow up by phone call, text message, or email about the request you submitted.

Your consent to be contacted. By submitting a quote request you agree that we may contact you at the phone number and email address you provided about that request. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us with the details below. Withdrawing consent will not affect our ability to answer a request you have already sent us.

Who we share it with. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, email and messaging providers, and the tools we use to manage customer records, and only to the extent they need it to provide those services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.

How long we keep it. We keep quote requests and related correspondence for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and then we delete or anonymize them.
